Catnip Kitty Toys

I just got a kitten last Friday (May 28). He is adorable! We adopted him from the animal shelter at 11 weeks old. He started purring the minute I picked him up. I knew he was the kitten for us. He is not skiddish or shy.

Which makes it very difficult to do anything on my computer.

I've had a few tutorials bookmarked to make toys for pets, but I didn't have a pet to make them for so I never really had the motivation to do it. But today I decided Oliver needed some catnip toys. I use this tutorial: Heart Mice and whipped up 8 of them in no time.
Unfortunately, I don't think Oliver likes catnip much. He doesn't go nutso for it like some other cats. I will probably give away a few to some cat-owning friends and family, keep a couple for Oliver and give the rest to the animal shelter we adopted him from.
